It was a meaningful and colorful afternoon for the 873 graduates of USTP-Claveria campus during their 38th Commencement Exercises.
Cong. Bambi Emano was Guest of Honor and Commencement Speaker. Some students shed tears of joy as they listen to his inspirational message as he shared his efforts in Congressional Deliberations to give more budget, specially in Infrastructure for the USTP System and in proposing for Nursing course to be offered in USTP Claveria soon.
Considered as true Champion of Misamisnons and the Champion of USTP System, Congressman Bambi has paved the way for progressive development through his advocacy for Poverty Alleviation through Quality Education.
One of the highlights of the program was the lawmaker’s conferment with a Doctor in Technology Education (Honoris Causa) for his significant contributions and accomplishments relating to agricultural production and technology since he started his public servant journey as Mayor in 1998 until now, for the development of the academe and Northern Mindanao. Mayor Nadya Emano-Elipe, Kag. Yvy Emano and his mother Aloma Beja-Emano joined him on stage to witness this educational milestone.
