AGENDA PROPER:

2. Letter of Ms. Chedilyn Aissa P. Dulguime, RN, MPP, EnP, OIC, Office of the City Planning and Development Coordinator, relative to 116 rezone and 30 reclass request of various lot owners to the Local Zoning Review Committe, which was endorsed by the CDC during its Full Council Meeting last June 4, 2024.
3. Proposed Ordinance revising the schedule of fees for subdivision projects, providing fees and taxes exemptions to socialized and economic housing projects, and for other purposes, as endorsed by the CHUDD.
4. Copy furnished of the letter of the City Legal Officer, addressed to Atty. Leonita Q. Go, Legal Counsel for Dr. Rhocille Lee T. Romblon and Mr. rhonald Rand T. Romblon, re: expropriation of Lot 2530-B-1 (a portion of Lot 2530-B,Psd-10-021135) with an area of 2,143 square meters covered by TCT No. T-2017104, which was affected by the 12-meter wide Macapaya road, this city.
